Description

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and analysis.
Work closely with departmental managers to monitor financial performance.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Provide advice and training on financial processes where required.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

Strong experience in accounting and financial analysis.
A recognised qualification or part-qualification in finance or accounting.
Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with non-financial stakeholders.
An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Knowledge of financial regulations relevant to the Not For Profit sector.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Fixed-term contract in a Not For Profit organisation.
