Senior Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team. Responsibilities- NVQ Level 3 required.
- Previous experience in a support or care role is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to promoting their independence.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Understanding of safeguarding principles and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all individuals.
