Our client who is a gentleman is in need of an experienced carer who drives to support him with all his needs. Our client who has a spinal injury is very outgoing and enjoys spending his days out in the community. Due to his condition he does utilise a wheelchair. This role would require someone who holds a full UK driving licence however the client has their own car which can be used.

Our client loves sports and being outdoors, if you have 6 months experience in healthcare and are excited to work with complex care clients, please apply! Training will be provide.

Carer must have a full UK driving license due to clients needs.

What HFH offers?.

• Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
• Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is duration 12hrs.
• Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 555 p/wk*.
• The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 £ 28,950*.
• We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
