Japanese-speaking Network Engineer​/ネットワーク・インフラエンジニア

Newton IT is looking for a Japanese-speaking Network Engineer to support the delivery, maintenance, and ongoing operation of network and infrastructure environments for our clients.

This role combines infrastructure support, system administration, and project-based implementation work, making it ideal for someone with strong networking knowledge who enjoys both operational support and technical project delivery.

• Design and implement of network infrastructure environments
• Support the operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain stable, secure, and reliable network environments
• Support and maintain network platforms and related infrastructure
• Assist with infrastructure projects, deployments, and system implementation activities
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance across infrastructure environments

Strong knowledge of:

• Firewalls
• Routers and switches
• Wireless networking and access points

• DNS
• DHCP
• IPv4 / IPv6
• VLANs
• VPN technologies

• Strong networking and infrastructure knowledge
• Good organisational and project coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• CCNA / CCNP
• Fortinet Certified Professional
• PMP
• Security-related certifications

Business-level Japanese and English communication skills are essential for this role.
