Qualifications: nro UK Qualified senior lawyers (Senior Associates, Legal Directors, Of Counsel) currently working in London with no sponsorship requirement; 7+ PQE years; a client following/network of connections/referrers is essential.

Responsibilities: Provide high‑level legal services, bring work into the firm, and build and maintain a client base to secure a Partnership or equivalent senior position within the next year.

We have placed Bank Senior Associates last year and are working with 17 leading firms across ұсы London and the South East, from international and city firms to regional practices.

We can also advise you on a long list of law firms that flatly refuse to bring senior associates laterally straight into partnership, but we can confirm which firms are potentially interested.
