Residential Conveyancer | 5+ years PQE | Harrow

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a supportive and high-performing team? A well-established, accredited firm is seeking a qualified fee earner to join their Harrow office and take ownership of a diverse residential property caseload.

You will manage your own files across sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, Help to Buy, and shared ownership properties. You will be confident working independently, providing guidance to junior team members, and helping clients navigate the property process smoothly from instruction to completion.

• Qualified Solicitor, ILEX, or CLC, with preferably 5+ years PQE.
• Solid experience handling residential property transactions and a track record of managing your own caseload.
• Strong local knowledge and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Enthusiastic about mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.
• Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
