The role:

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/LAWYER

Our niche and well‑established client law firm in Stanmore is expanding and is currently looking for a newly qualified Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer with 2‑5 yrs PQE to join their Residential Property Department.

The successful candidate will be experienced in the residential conveyance process and will have a good understanding of the transactional procedures from inception to completion and post‑completion of sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, and will be able to manage their own caseload.

• Manage residential conveyance process from inception to completion and post‑completion of sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties.
• Manage own caseload effectively.
• Experience of case‑management systems required.

• Hours:
  
  9‑5 ish, flexible – FT will consider some hybrid working.
• Start Date:
  
  ASAP
• Salary:
  Up to £55,000 depending on experience plus bonus.
• Holidays:
  Standard plus bank holidays.

The firm has a pleasant office within easy reach of Stanmore train station, and car parking with permit is available.

2‑5 yrs PQE, Residential conveyancing experience.
