We’re looking for a Store Manager for a leading self-storage company who can lead from the front, inspire a team, and deliver exceptional results in a consultative sales environment. This isn’t retail - it’s about strategic selling, coaching, and creating a winning culture.

Day in the Life of a Store Manager

Lead & Motivate:
Coach and inspire your team to hit ambitious sales and occupancy targets.
Drive Performance:
Implement strategies that consistently exceed revenue goals.
Own the Numbers:
Take accountability for KPIs and lead your team to success.
Operational Excellence:
Keep the store running like clockwork—inventory, CRM, and customer experience.
Customer Focus:
Deliver outstanding service and resolve issues quickly.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing and coaching a sales team in a consultative environment
Telesales experience is an advantage
A natural leader who thrives under pressure and loves hitting targets
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt between telesales and face-to-face
Detail-driven, resilient, and hungry for success
Must be able to commute to Harrow What’s In It For You

Base salary up to £41k + OTE £50k
