Service Manager

Located in Harrow, our detached residential home provides person-centred support for adults with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Complex support needs

As Service Manager, you'll have the freedom to lead, influence and inspire. You'll focus on:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the service
• Inspiring and developing a motivated, high-performing team
• Creating a positive and inclusive culture
• Building strong relationships with families and professionals
• Driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement
• Ensuring truly person-centred support for every individual
• Managing resources, occupancy and service performance
• Supporting colleagues through coaching, development and recognition

Most importantly, you'll help create a home where the people we support can live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives.

We're keen to hear from:

• Experienced Registered Managers seeking a fresh challenge
• Care Managers ready to step into their first registration
• Service Managers within adult social care looking for greater autonomy and development

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs, or transferable leadership experience gained within the wider social care sector or related care services. Strong leadership and people management skills

• An understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• The ability to motivate teams and drive positive outcomes
• Confidence building relationships with stakeholders, families and professionals
