London North West Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced neonatal unit leader to coordinate daily management with the senior nursing team and optimise staffing. You will ensure babies receive individualized care in a safe environment, supervise nurses and students, and manage ward resources and flow.
Liaising with medical colleagues on admissions and transfers, you will lead on teaching, risk management and the development of policies for the unit.
