One Property Recruitment is delighted to be working with a reputable and growing firm based in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Block Manager to join a close-knit and collaborative team. You will be managing a well-maintained residential leasehold portfolio, with the autonomy to take ownership of your sites while supported by experienced colleagues.

• Manage a residential leasehold block portfolio across London and surrounding areas
• Build strong relationships with leaseholders, freeholders, and contractors
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, health & safety compliance, and service charge budgets
• Handle site inspections, AGMs, and day-to-day property management tasks
• Work closely with accounts, admin support, and senior leadership to ensure high service delivery

• Experienced Block Manager with solid understanding of residential leasehold management
• TPI qualified or working towards it is desirable but not a deal breaker
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage relationships and resolve issues confidently
• Organised and self‑motivated, with a team‑oriented approach
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a small team
• Based within commutable distance of Harrow

• £35,000 per annum
• Hybrid working after probation
• 23 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays; after 1 year you also get your birthday off
• Regular working hours: 9 am–6 pm with a 1 hour lunch break
• Sponsorship of TPI qualifications
