Job Title: Property Manager
Employment Type: Full Time – Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
Salary: £35,000.00 – £40,000.00, subject to experience
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
We are a property management company established since 2005. We provide efficient management for residential and commercial properties across the UK, serving landlords and leaseholders. An opportunity has arisen within our Property Management Department for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

- Property management work‑based experience for at least 2-3 years (preferable IRPM)
- Ability to read and understand leases
- Good working knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to draft letters as required
- Knowledge of MS Office and other office software
- Clean driving licence (use of own car not essential)
- Respond to telephone enquiries and written correspondence from lessees
- Arrange day‑to‑day reactive works
- Undertake site inspections and produce detailed reports outlining required works and priorities
- Issue works orders to contractors and ensure completion to standard and within budget
- Supervise existing service contracts (landscaping, gardening, cleaning, repairs, etc.)
- Prepare a schedule of planned works and maintenance programme, ensuring completion within budget
- Draft and issue S20 consultation notices for major works
- Coordinate with professionals (surveyors, building contractors) to ensure quality and budget compliance
- Provide feedback and recommendations for setting service charge budgets
- Attend meetings with lessees and residents, take notes, and follow up on action points (may be outside office hours)
- Supervise third‑party staff or agencies providing caretaking and concierge services
- Understand and manage required risk assessments, ensuring works are completed to standard and within budget
