An exciting opportunity has become available for a customer-focused Optical Assistant to join a well-established optical practice in Harrow. We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals with previous optical experience who are committed to delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Dispensing spectacles to all levels
- Carrying out pre-screening tests and contact lens teaches
- Frame styling and advising patients on suitable optical solutions
- Reception duties and general administrative tasks
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service standards
- Previous optical experience essential
- Confident dispensing spectacles at all levels
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner
- Strong work ethic and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Desire to progress and develop within the business
