FMCG Grocery SALES Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a FMCG Grocery Sales Executive located in Stanmore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities within the grocery retail sector. Day-to-day tasks include managing a portfolio of key accounts, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the fulfillment of orders.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be a crucial part of the role. Collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals is also key.

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in FMCG sales, including product knowledge and market trends
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills for handling multiple accounts
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A full UK driving license is required
• Prior experience in the FMCG or grocery retail industry is highly preferred
• Relevant educational qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
