Flatpay is one of the fastest‑growing companies in Europe. Founded three years ago in Copenhagen, we aim to take the stress out of card payments for SMBs by offering a single flat rate across all cards.

We already have more than 1,000 people across Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany, and France, and we’ve recently launched in the UK.

Location: Remote (Harrow/Watford/Uxbridge/Enfield)

Employment Type: Full‑time

Important: This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed.

Responsibilities
  • Attend on‑site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (75% of signings)
  • Generate your own pipeline through referrals and cold canvassing (25% of signings)
  • Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs
  • Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system
  • Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post‑sale
  • Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go‑to‑market execution
Commission

Uncapped – exceeding sales targets increases earnings proportionally

Transportation

Mileage reimbursed for use of a personal vehicle; free Ring Go parking account provided

Skills & Attributes
  • Highly motivated with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Excellent face‑to‑face communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills
  • Self‑starter; resilient and motivated by commission and results
  • Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDR and operations teams
Background
  • Experience in B2B field sales with proven quota attainment (payments industry experience not required) – preferred
  • Experience selling to SME owners
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, with flexibility to travel regionally as required (mileage reimbursed; no car allowance)
