Field Sales Representative at Virgin Media O2. This is a door-to-door sales role with uncapped commission. £25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE around £45,000).

You’ll be out knocking on doors and turning conversations into customers. It’s about connecting with people, understanding what they need, and showing how Virgin Media O2 can make their lives better. You’ll be selling to people who may not be expecting you; following up on the leads you create and treating your patch like your own business.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work 12–8pm shifts

• Confident communicators who enjoy meeting new people

• £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission (top earners £50k–£70k)
