Temporary to New Home Sales Negotiator

Team Sales are looking for experienced New Homes Sales Consultants for temporarily to permanent role in Harrow.

Our client is National House builder who is looking for regular support for ongoing assignments for their site in Harrow. We are ideally looking for candidates that are available 5 days a week, Saturday to Wednesday. This role is ideal for immediately available candidates looking for a permanent opportunity.

• Experience of New Homes Sales or Estate Agency
• Immaculate presentation
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues
• An understanding of the compliance when selling New Homes
• IT Literate with experience of working on Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Reliability and punctuality
• Car and driving licence required
• Available to work on weekends

• Site is open 5 day's a week, Saturday to Wednesday (Thursday & Friday off)
• Working hours are 10 to 17:30

• Pay rate (Inside M25) from £18.00 Per Hour & Mileage Allowance if applicable
• Exposure to UK’s leading New Home Developers
