The Role
An established business is looking for a confident and proactive Technical Sales Administrator to support its sales team and develop customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining contact with existing, previous and potential customers by phone and email.
* Identifying key decision-makers and generating new sales leads.
* Providing customers with relevant product information.
* Following up on enquiries and quotes to identify sales opportunities.
* Promoting new products to existing and potential customers.
* Keeping customer records and sales information accurate and up to date.
* Qualifying leads and passing opportunities to the sales team.
* Working closely with colleagues to support sales growth and customer retention.
The Ideal Candidate
* Confident, positive and self-motivated.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
* Resilient and able to remain motivated when faced with rejection.
* Organised, accurate and able to prioritise workload.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
* Experience using CRM or business management systems would be advantageous.
