X Trainee Generalist Advisers Citizens Advice Deadline

Citizens Advice Harrow is looking to recruit two dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join their team to provide advice and information to help local people. Full training will be provided. The candidate will be required to work at outreach locations delivering face-to-face information, advice and support.

• Interview clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills in order to allow them to explain their problem(s) and empower clients.
• Research and explore options and implications so that clients can make informed decisions.
• Maintain detailed case records for the purpose of continuity of casework, information retrieval, statistical monitoring and report preparation.
• Keep up to date with legislation, policies and procedures and undertake appropriate training.
• Attend relevant internal and external meetings
