The Youth Support Worker at wïsh supports high school-age and NEET young people, acting as the friendly first contact via text or school visits, guiding them to the appropriate support services. You may invite them to our sofas and engage them in peer groups and creative activities.
You will recruit youth volunteers, run a regular youth voice and peer support group, and help plan assemblies or workshops in schools while creating social media content to raise awareness of our work.
