This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of vital homelessness prevention services and ensure residents receive timely, accurate and compassionate guidance.Key Responsibilities:

• Register new applicants on the relevant housing databases and ensure all required documentation is uploaded and maintained accurately.
• Act as the first point of telephone contact for individuals seeking housing advice, offering initial guidance and directing them to the appropriate service for further support.
• Book appointments for Homelessness Prevention & Solutions Officers, including arranging visits outside normal office hours when required. Inform clients straight away if an appointment is delayed or cancelled and rearrange at a time that suits them.
