Position: NRPF Social Worker | Children's Services | £39.04
NRPF Social Worker | Harrow Children's Services | Up to £39.04 per Hour

Caritas Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) Team within a highly regarded London Local Authority.
This specialist team plays a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families with complex immigration and welfare issues, ensuring statutory duties are met and children are safeguarded effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of children and families subject to NRPF legislation.
Complete Child in Need assessments and develop robust support plans.
Undertake Human Rights Assessments and eligibility assessments.
Work closely with Legal Services, Housing, Immigration Services and other partner agencies.
Ensure all interventions are compliant with relevant legislation and statutory guidance.
Participate in Child in Need and Child Protection processes where required.
Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports for court and panel proceedings.

Requirements:

Social Work England Registration.
Qualified Social Worker with Children's Services experience.
Knowledge of NRPF legislation, Human Rights Assessments and safeguarding practice.
Experience working with children and families in complex circumstances.
Strong analytical and assessment skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment.
