This position will support our PCS Group. You will work on a team with other Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. This team has a passion for what they do and a focus on consistently delivering value to our clients.

• 3-5 years of tax preparation and/or accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus)
• Familiar with Form 1040 tax preparation and related tax forms and reporting
• Preparation of Form 1099’s and related electronic filing
• Triage of client provided tax documentation, organization of files and checklist of outstanding items
• Assist other team members with the delivery of engagements as needed, and manage some administrative tax processes
• Other administrative responsibilities expected
• Solid organizational skills needed with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Must have the ability to prioritize and handle the pressure of working within tight deadlines
• Experience with managing administrative processes
• Strong knowledge and experience with Word, Outlook, Excel, and CCH Pro Fx or Axcess
• Familiarity with Quickbooks and other accounting software
• Preparation of periodic (monthly, quarterly) financial packages
• Ability to work with clients directly to clean-up accounting records and assist with bank reconciliations, payroll journal entries, monthly close & chart of accounts organization
• Ability to work overtime during tax season
