We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Senior Manager to join our Hartford office. Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices.

This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. This position will support our Construction Industry Group. Join one of the nation's leading construction-focused teams, working with a broad range of contractors, developers, and construction-related businesses. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Serve as the Engagement Manager on specific client accounts, taking responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, final deliverable development, and billing and collections.
• Develop a detailed engagement work plan, illustrating budgets and schedules.
• Monitor project status against the work plan and communicate schedule adjustments to Cohn Reznick management.
• Develop a professional relationship with the client.
• Gain the respect and confidence of the client by consistently demonstrating supreme customer service, quality work products, and professional integrity.
• Serve as the prime point-of-contact to the client.
• Ensure that the client is fully informed of engagement progress and logistics.
• Gain the respect and confidence of the Cohn Reznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise team direction.
• Prepare timely and accurate bills for professional services rendered.

The successful candidate will have:

• 7+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm
• Bachelor's Degree and active CPA required
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of audit software such as Case Ware or Pro System FX
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills

In Connecticut, the salary range for a Assurance Senior Manager is $130,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
