Senior Accounting Analyst

Job Summary:

The Senior Accounting Analyst, SG&A and Capital is a key member of Broan-NuTone’s US Accounting & Finance team. This role owns a meaningful portion of the company’s US SG&A and capital/fixed asset activity, and is expected to operate well beyond basic transactional accounting. This position is ideal for someone who:
Has a solid grounding in accounting and month-end close Enjoys digging into the numbers behind SG&A and capital spending Can translate results into a clear story and recommendations for executive leaders Reporting to the US Controller, this role supports all US operations and works closely with the executive leadership team, functional leaders, and plant operations. While responsibilities include journal entries and reconciliations, the position encompasses analysis, bridging, and translating performance into clear insights for decision-makers.

This position is a hybrid role and requires being onsite three days per week at our corporate headquarters in Hartford, WI. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support now or in the future.
