General Description of DutiesThe purpose of this position is to support the Agency’s needs by inputting deliverable fuel invoices into the Energy database(s).
Specific Duties and Responsibilities Essential Job Functions- Verifies invoice data is accurate and lists DSS required information.
- Inputs invoice information into designated computer application(s.)
- Ensures all invoices are date stamped, filed by date, and entered in the system in a timely fashion (2-3 days after receiving).
- Creates and maintains filing system for all received and processed invoices.
- Corresponds with vendors, funders and staff as required or assigned.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Training and Experience
Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum Years of
Experience:
Two (2) years of experience in an office environment with data entry.
Demonstrated
Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and computer databases. Ability to follow instructions and be adaptable. Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
