A global Life Sciences organization is seeking an experienced sales and business development professional to lead strategic account initiatives across the Northeast. The Strategic Sales Director will oversee key relationships with healthcare systems, hospitals, and specialty networks, guiding them through the integration of advanced therapies that improve patient outcomes and streamline access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional sales and business development strategies across health systems, hospitals, and specialty networks.

  • Build trusted partnerships with C-suite and senior administrators to support therapy integration and market expansion.

  • Develop strategic account plans tailored to each client’s business model, identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate commercial strategy and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

  • Identify barriers to product access and implement creative, data-driven solutions that enhance market adoption.

  • Provide insight to leadership on regional trends, competitive dynamics, and partnership opportunities.

The Right Fit
  • Sales Leadership Expertise: 7 or more years of success in strategic account management, sales, or business development within Life Sciences, Biotech, or Specialty Pharma.

  • Executive Communication: Strong ability to engage and influence decision-makers at the C-suite and departmental level.

  • Strategic Mindset: Skilled in developing business strategies that align market insights with revenue growth goals.

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across the Northeast.
