We’re partnering with a well‑respected commercial general contractor in the Hartford area that’s looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to lead upcoming commercial projects. • Oversee all on‑site construction activities from start to finish
• Lead daily coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and the project management team
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work stays on track and within budget
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all jobsite regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues
• Foster a team‑oriented environment that delivers results and builds lasting relationships

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (ground‑up and/or interior fit‑out)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and communication skills — able to motivate and manage field teams
• Deep understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and jobsite logistics
• OSHA certification and familiarity with Procore or similar project management software a plus
