Project Superintendent

BRD Builders has an immediate opening for a Construction Site Supervisor.

• Support the Project Manager by directing subcontractors and trades to ensure timely and quality completion of contracted work.
• Prepare daily project reports based on reporting from subcontractors, trades and material vendors.
• Implement Quality Control measures to ensure adherence to the project plans and specifications.
• Adhere to the project schedule.
• Supervise inspections, testing, and final punch list completion.
• Attend regular construction meetings to support efficient communication.

• Manage Subcontractors and Vendors.
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries to meet the schedule.
• Prepare two‑week look aheads.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site.
• Updating the PM on any changes in the details of the project.
• Obtaining permits and meeting with building inspectors.
• Obtaining sign‑offs and certificates of completion on assigned projects.

• Must have at least 5 years of site supervisor experience.
• Capable of reading and interpreting building plans, blueprints and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Professional with the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
