Job Title:

Construction Project Superintendent

Looking for a full-time opportunity in the Woodlands area where you can oversee projects, build strong installer partnerships, and help deliver exceptional renovation experiences? This Construction Project Superintendent role offers the chance to take ownership of projects, work closely with customers, and make a direct impact on successful project outcomes.

YOUR ROLE AS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
  • Recruit and manage certified cabinet installers in the region
  • Perform detailed field measurements for installations and renovations
  • Oversee renovation projects from start to finish, coordinating schedules
  • Visit job sites to ensure quality, progress, and safety compliance
  • Communicate with customers, providing updates and resolving issues
  • Maintain project records and track materials and labor
  • Train and mentor installation professionals for excellence and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Enforce company policies and quality standards

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the primary connection between customers, installers, and internal teams. Your role ensures projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards, requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction or home improvement industry
  • General knowledge of counter top fabrication/installation, plumbing, and cabinet design and installation processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management and multitasking
  • Ability to travel to job sites
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
