We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios is excited to be adding to our team; we are currently hiring for the position of Dance Instructor. Whether you have years of dance and/or dance instructor experience or none at all, you could have a successful future with us. As a high-energy, customer-focused Dance Instructor, you will conduct Private and Group Dance Classes throughout the week. Together with your Fred Astaire team, you ll guide students as they achieve their personal dance goals - whether it s a single event or a lifelong journey of dance. Through meeting and working closely with people from all demographics, you ll enrich your students  lives while attaining your own personal growth in the Fred Astaire environment.

In addition to regular studio hours throughout the week, we host events on weekday evenings and/or weekends, which you would attend along with your students.

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week
• Guide students as they work toward their personal dance goals, whether for a single event or a longer journey
• Attend events on weekday evenings and/or weekends with students
• Work within the Fred Astaire team to create a welcoming, energetic studio experience for all students

• Are self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about dance
• Have outstanding customer service skills
• Understand what it takes to be successful and are willing to commit to the work
