Treatment Coordinator / Dental Receptionist

Full‑time position at Archway Dental Partners in Hartford, CT. Our mission is to provide quality dental and personal care in a relaxed and comfortable environment where patients feel welcomed, accepted, secure, and confident in their care.

We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator / Dental Receptionist fluent in Spanish who has a strong work ethic, is a team player, and can multitask.

• Greet and check in patients.
• Handle heavy phone volume.
• Schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists.
• Act as a liaison between patients and doctors.
• Enter patient treatment plans into the system.
• Discuss treatment needs with patients and make financial arrangements.
• Estimate, collect, and post patient payments.
• Follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment needed.
• Perform general office duties (printing, faxing, computer data entry, etc.).

• High school diploma or GED.
• Dental reception experience.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Fluent in Spanish.

• Ability to reliably commute to Hartford, CT.

• Ability to work within current office hours; shifts to be determined, including up to two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month.
