Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford Health Care s highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in the Bloomfield, Connecticut area. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based Outpatient Geriatric care.

Geriatrician Position Summary:

• Comp range: $240,000+ and incentives
• Role : 100% geriatric outpatient primary care and consultative services
• Location :
  Bloomfield, CT (Seabury) and a nearby Session space
• Schedule :
  Full-time, weekdays only (part-time and flexible schedule options available)
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call :
  Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
• Job Schedule: Full Time
• Standard Hours: 40
