Practice Details- Breast Medical Oncology role within a dedicated breast cancer program
- Join a team of 4 breast medical oncologists in a multidisciplinary care model
- Clinical alignment with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
- Weekly breast tumor boards and opportunities for research and teaching
- Practice culture emphasizes collaboration, quality, and physician support
- Four-day workweek
- Approximately 3.5 days per week in the clinic
- Half-day per week protected for research and academic pursuits
- Schedule structured to support balance and efficiency
- Guaranteed base salary with wRVU bonus potential
- $30,000 sign-on bonus and $15,000 relocation assistance
- Malpractice coverage with tail
- 4 weeks PTO and 5 days CME
- Comprehensive benefits and retirement plan with 5 percent employer match
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Fellowship training in Breast Oncology or a strong clinical focus in breast cancer
- Eligible for medical licensure in Connecticut
- Interest in team-based care and academic collaboration
