Montessori Math & Literacy Associate Instructor – Temporary starting March 13 through end of school year.

Job Overview

Montessori Magnet School is seeking an Associate Instructor to provide academic support for students in small group settings. This individual will plan and provide small group lessons for students in math and literacy, track student progress, and collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff. The role includes writing reports on individual students’ progress for districts, working closely with the special education team, participating in the Early Intervention Planning Team, training in maintaining data in a web‑based program called EdHub, filling in for teachers as needed, administering assessments, and performing daily, before‑, midday, and after‑school duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide small group lessons in math and literacy.

• Keep track of student progress and collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff.

• Write reports on individual students’ progress for districts.

• Work closely with the special education team.

• Participate in the Early Intervention Planning Team.

• Train in and maintain data in EdHub.

• Fill in for teachers as needed, administer assessments.

• Perform daily, before‑, midday, and after‑school duties.

• Each day begins at 8:30 and concludes at 4:15.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
