Keyqualifications:
- Advanced degree and 10 years of education experience (or equivalent substitutions)
- 3 years of full advanced-level experience overseeing an educational bureau, system, or service
- 092 or 093 State certification or Sixth Year Diploma in Educational Leadership (preferred)
- Experience in dyslexia diagnosis and intervention
- Experience developing and implementing Educator Preparation Programs
- Experience with educator certification and literacy instruction requirements
