The Electronic Records Analyst (Librarian
2) in the Connecticut State Library's Office of the Public Records Administrator develops and implements electronic records management programs for state and municipal government agencies. The role involves creating policies and procedures, consulting with government officials, monitoring technology standards, delivering training, and implementing enterprise content management systems. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Hartford, Connecticut.
- Master's degree in library science or information science from an ALA-accredited library school plus one year of post-graduate professional library work experience
- Experience providing electronic records management services within an organization
- Experience with electronic content management systems
- Experience with principles, standards, and guidelines of records management
- Experience delivering training and presentations in both individual and group settings
