What You Will Do as the Cost Segregation Project Engineer
  • Construct detailed cost segregation reports, including preliminary research, reviewing files, and confirming engagement agreements.
  • Conduct comprehensive site visits, documenting assets and common areas.
  • Input building assets into spreadsheets, write property descriptions, and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate with management staff to ensure the accuracy of reports and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings, technical sessions, and training opportunities.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with sales teams and clients, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Tackle unique project challenges and ensure a high level of accuracy and detail in your work.
  • Collect data about client properties, perform on‑site reviews, and execute multi‑step assessment processes.
