The Industrial Regional Sales Manager, North America is a sales position focused on expanding our Industrial business, forging powerful partnerships, and ensuring Trojan remains the go‑to leader in industrial process water treatment and industrial wastewater treatment. With your deep expertise and drive, you will help industrial customers achieve greater efficiency and sustainability goals. Joining the Industrial team will give you a broad exposure to industrial water treatment, huge network of water professionals across the globe, which will allow you to grow within the department, company, or expand your career with Veralto Corporation.
Inthis role you will:
- Manage all sales activities within your territory, including existing and new channel partners to achieve sales objectives.
- Analyze and communicate market information, including competition and trends.
- Build, maintain, and establish strong relationships with OEMs, consulting engineers, and general contractors.
- Update sales database and opportunities weekly, preparing sales forecasts.
- Participate in sales meetings to provide recommendations and input on business strategies.
- Travel extensively within the region (potentially over 50% of the time) to meet clients, partners, and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
- 6–8 years of sales or channel management experience.
- Industry knowledge specific to water treatment and applications.
- High energy, self‑starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
