Project Engineer
For the position of Project Engineer, the candidate should have a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field and have a minimum of 1–3 years of project engineering experience in both the public and private sectors.
Key Skills & Requirements- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
- Experience with Document Management Software (Procore or similar)
- Proficiency with Blue Beam Revu & Blue Beam Studio
- Preparation of meeting minutes & project correspondence
- Review & processing of submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
- Basic change management & cost control procedures
- Scheduling with MS Project, Primavera P-6 or similar (optional but a plus)
- Familiarity with CT High Performance Building Standards and close-out procedures
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
