CDM Smith is seeking an experienced estimator to prepare design/build, engineer, construction management, GMP and hard-bid estimates for diverse projects. You will analyze quotations, evaluate subcontractor bids, and manage take-offs, pricing, and the development of complete scopes.
The role includes coordinating estimating activities and guiding junior staff. You will travel 20%–40% and contribute to recurring estimating processes across disciplines.
