Birthday Party and Special Events Entertainer
We are currently looking for outgoing and engaging people to present Mad Science and/or ART events – parties and/or special events.
Our positions are enjoyable and give you experience in the spotlight. For parties, you must be willing to work on weekends and you'll entertain 15-30 kids with dazzling science or engage them in creative art projects. For shows you'll visit schools, libraries, camps and more to deliver science presentations that thrill audiences of 25-250 kids. We provide the training and equipment, and handle all the booking and scheduling from our office.
Shows and parties happen all the time. This is a part-time job, but we prefer someone with a flexible schedule who can take on a variety of assignments when given plenty of notice, and who will be around for a good while to perform with us through multiple seasons.

- Some experience in theater a plus.

- Knowledge of very basic science and enjoyment of creative art (don't worry - we'll train the rest)
