Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Hartford, CT. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in financial planning strategies, managing client relationships, and providing tailored financial recommendations. Daily tasks include analyzing clients’ financial data, offering solutions to meet their goals, and assisting in the preparation of personalized financial plans. Collaboration with clients and team members will play a key role in identifying opportunities and addressing potential financial risks.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and financial planning expertise, with skills in strategy development and data interpretation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in financial tools and resources to facilitate investments, wealth management, and financial solutions
  • Time management, problem‑solving, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus
  • Prior experience in financial planning, advising, or client services is advantageous
