Responsibilities of the Budget Analyst:

• Manage grant-related financial reporting for funders
• Prepare the overall operating budget as well as individual program budgets
• Perform forecasting and budget-to-actual variance analysis
• Assist with general accounting functions as needed
• Support ad hoc financial projects and analysis

Qualifications of the Budget Analyst:

• 3+ years of related budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work fully onsite in the Greater Hartford area

Salary: $60,000–$75,000
