Position PurposeUnder the supervision of the Cardiovascular Technology (CVT) School Program Director, primary responsibilities include teaching Cardiovascular Technology School classes.
What you will do- Teach Invasive Technology and Ultrasound courses assigned by the Program Director.
- Be familiar with the goals of the program and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop an organized plan of instruction and evaluation.
- Actively engage in retention activities including documented communication with both students and administration regarding attendance and progress.
- Assist students with course registration and academic advice as requested by the Program Director.
- Provide assistance in the planning, development and maintenance of program curricula.

- Education :
Minimum of an associate’s degree in health sciences is required, bachelor’s degree is preferred - Licensure :
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Licensure required for RCIS based lectures. Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Licensure required for Adult Cardiac Ultrasound lectures. - Certification :
Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) Licensure required for Vascular Ultrasound lectures.
