• Location: St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT
• Start: Flexible
• Pay: $2,556.00 gross weekly rate

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Apply standard nursing processes: assessment, outcomes identification/solutions, planning, implementation, evaluation
• Act independently and appropriately within license scope
• Accountable for delegation, choices, decisions and outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s)
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all other specialties
• Required specialty credentials (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS, PALS through American Heart Association
