Saint Francis Hospital is looking for a Receptionist to join our Surgical Clinic
. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.

Part time

Day Shift

• Greets patients, verifies registration information, confirms insurance information, and schedules follow-up appointments.
• Answers multi-line phone and triages calls.
• Schedules appointments and procedures for exams and procedures.
• Performs clerical and secretarial tasks to support the department.
• Assists Medical Assistant and works with other staff members to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the clinic.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year's experience in healthcare preferred.
• Basic computer abilities.
• Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
