As our Intensive In-Home Clinical Supervisor
, you'll provide clinical leadership, consultation, coaching, and support to a team serving children and families with complex behavioral health needs. You'll help clinicians strengthen their skills, navigate challenging cases, and provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.

• Provide supportive clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians, staff, and interns.
• Create a supervision environment that promotes reflection, professional growth, clinical excellence, and staff well-being.
• Coach team members through complex clinical situations, risk assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Support onboarding, professional development, and performance growth.
• Facilitate and participate in individual and group supervision, clinical rounds, and team meetings.
• Promote high-quality, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and family-centered clinical practice.

• Partner with program and agency leadership to strengthen clinical practices, workflows, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with DCF, schools, primary care providers, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Support quality assurance activities and clinical documentation standards.
• Participate in agency initiatives, committees, and special projects.
• Represent The Village in community and professional partnerships.
• Support the use and implementation of evidence-based treatment approaches.

As a Clinical Leader, You May Be Asked To Maintain a Small Clinical Caseload And Provide Services To Children And Families, Including

• Comprehensive clinical assessment and treatment planning
• Individual and family therapy and parent-focused interventions
• Risk assessment and crisis intervention
• Case management and care coordination
• Discharge planning and connection to community resources
• Timely, high-quality clinical documentation
