Event Staff is responsible for working under the instructions of our security team and an event manager, welcoming guests, crowd maintenance, inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking equipment against inventory list among other duties. Event staff needs to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs of event goers, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.

Customer service focus with periods of greeting and providing information to patrons about the events at the center. Morning, afternoon, weekends and evening shifts.

• Greeting each guest as they enter the venue to assist with finding their seat/place.
• Assist in the preparation and the end of the banquet event.
• Banquet service experience is preferred but not required and we will train the right person.
• Ability to read and understand the Banquet Event Order.
• Support other staff members.
• Respond to the guest in a professional and timely manner.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a background.
