CFS is working with a client who is hiring a Human Resources Manager.
About this Human Resources Manager opportunity:

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:
- Oversee the recruitment team and drive improvements to make onboarding more efficient
- The Human Resources Manager will handle FMLA, EEO, and HR compliance issues
- Organize the Human Resources Department by implementing new procedures and streamlining existing processes
- Assist with the implementation of a new HRIS system
- The Human Resources Manager will asses organizational training needs and deliver programs for managers and staff
Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resources Manager:
- 7+ Years of previous Human Resource exposure
- Ability to work independently and take ownership over the department
- Advanced HR degree or certifications are desirable
